How an Engagement Starts
A conversation, then a proposal.
We begin by establishing what you are trying to accomplish, who is being developed, what is currently in the way, and what has already been tried. If the work is a fit, you receive a written proposal setting out scope, schedule and terms before anything begins.
Because every program is scoped to the organization, terms are established in the proposal rather than quoted from a list.
Tell Us
Who you are developing, and at what level
What has to be different when the program ends
How many people, and over what period
What has already been tried
Any procurement or contracting requirements
Build the capabilities machines cannot master.
Every engagement is scoped to the organization in front of us. Tell us who you are developing and what has to change, and we will tell you what the work looks like.
