The Programs

Six tracks.
One spine.

Every track is built on the same ten attributes, and AI fluency runs through all ten rather than sitting beside them as a separate module. What differs between programs is emphasis, depth and pace — not the foundation.

The Six Tracks

Human-Centered Leadership

Leading people through change that machines set in motion. Trust as an operating discipline, presence under pressure, and the deliberate development of other people — the capabilities that sit furthest above the machine line.

Coaching & People Development

Building the bench. The early-career work that used to teach judgment by apprenticeship is being absorbed, so judgment now has to transfer on purpose. Coaching is how that happens, and this track teaches leaders to do it.

Leading Change

Telling a technical problem from an adaptive one — and recognizing that most failed initiatives are adaptive challenges wearing technical costume. Pacing transition to human speed rather than system speed.

Influence, Communication & Negotiation

Presence, the candid conversation, and influence at scale. Moving rooms, boards and cultures without formal authority, and saying the hard thing well enough that it lands.

AI-Fluent Leadership

Knowing what these systems are, where they fail, what to ask of them, and when to overrule them. Governance, calibrated trust, and the human–machine workflow designed on purpose rather than by default.

Strategic & Ethical Leadership

Judgment, governance, and the institutional promises your systems now make in your name. Deciding well on incomplete information, and standing behind the decision.

The Spine

Ten attributes no machine can master.

Leadership DNA. Integrity. Charisma. Vision. Globality. Creating Value. Execution. Dealing with Uncertainty. Thriving on Change. Taking Charge.

These are not topics we assembled for a brochure. They are the ten modules the Consortium has taught since 2012, each one carried by a Ph.D. facilitator and a sitting executive, and each one now re-examined for what artificial intelligence changes about it — and what it cannot touch.

How a Program Is Built

Who is being developed. Rising leaders who need readiness, established leaders who need acceleration, or both.
Which tracks. One track, several, or a sequence that stacks across a year.
Depth and pace. How far into each attribute, and how fast the organization needs it.
Format. Cohort modules, intact-team sessions, symposiums, or a blend.
Measurement. Assessment at entry, and evidence of change at exit.

Every engagement is scoped to the organization or the individual in front of us, so terms are settled in conversation rather than quoted from a list.

Next level. And beyond.
At a more rapid pace.

The promise since 2012

Build the capabilities machines cannot master.

Every engagement is scoped to the organization in front of us. Tell us who you are developing and what has to change, and we will tell you what the work looks like.
